This is our signature service. It includes everything: event design, planning, budget assistance, and vendor coordination. We’ll start by getting to know you and your vision, then build a day that feels joyful, personal, and beautifully you.

Our design suite service is perfect if you want a wedding that’s both stunning and well-organized. This includes everything from our Event Management package, plus a complete styling and decor plan. We’ll help turn your love story into a visual masterpiece.

Already planned your wedding and just need someone to run the show? We’ll step in about 6 weeks before the big day, review every detail with you, confirm vendor contracts, coordinate the rehearsal, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Our destination wedding services are designed for couples seeking ongoing, white-glove support from an expert destination wedding planner and designer. We offer full-service support, so you can travel stress-free and party with confidence. We’ll handle every last detail while you soak up the adventure!

Coordinator duties/expectations:
  • Final venue walk-through (1 hour)
  • Final DJ/Band/Entertainment meeting (1 hour)
  • End-of planning vendor confirmations (to make any necessary adjustments)
  • Reaching out to all hired wedding pros 6 to 8 weeks prior to the wedding day to gather the appropriate information needed to ensure an accurate wedding weekend timeline
  • Ensuring that the wedding day runs seamlessly
  • Reviewing the planning arrangements
  • Reviewing the contracts
  • Checking & Confirming delivery times and dates
  • Confirming arrival times
  • Confirming rental items (numbers needed)
  • Continuous contact via email (to answer couple questions throughout the planning process)
  • Etiquette advisement
  • Checking in monthly with the couple (via email)
  • Providing a wedding planning checklist
  • Proofreading the invitation stationery
  • Creating a detailed wedding timeline
  • Communicating with the each of the hired wedding pros
  • Communicating with the venue
  • Distributing the final timeline to the venue, vendors, wedding party, family (who will be in the ceremony processional), and the couple
  • Becoming the "Single Point of Contact" within 8 weeks of the wedding
  • Couple and Vendors/Venue will include the planner in all emails/calls/meetings to ensure that the planner is in the loop and aware of any and all changes and arrangements within 8 weeks of the wedding day.

Where are you located? 

We are based in New York City but happily serve couples in Florida, New York, and worldwide! We love the opportunity to travel and bring our expertise wherever your wedding takes you.

Do you take on more than one wedding per weekend? 

Our priority is ensuring each couple receives our full attention and care. While we typically prefer to focus on one wedding per weekend, we may take on multiple events if our team is capable of executing them flawlessly. Your wedding experience is our top priority, and we always want our couples to feel fully supported from rehearsal through the wedding day!

Do you plan or manage special events such as baby showers, bridal showers, etc? 

Absolutely! Helena Elizabeth Events is here to bring your most special moments to life. Our team happily plans and manages unforgettable celebrations for all of life’s key milestones!

How can we get started with the event planning process? 

We would love to be a part of your special day! Please fill out our contact form and start the planning process!

When does planning start? 

Planning begins immediately after you sign the contract and pay the deposit. For full wedding and event planning, we prefer to have at least 12 months to ensure every detail is perfectly executed. For our month-of package, we require a minimum of 90 days before your wedding date!

Do you charge for an initial consultation? 

Not at all! Our initial consultation is completely free. It’s a chance for you to get to know our process from start to finish and see if we’re the right fit for your vision. This step is essential in making sure we’re on the same page!

Will you be there on the day of my wedding/event?

Yes! Either myself or one of my amazing associates will be there from start to finish, ensuring every detail is handled with care and love. We’re here to make your day as effortless and beautiful as possible!

Do you have preferred vendors? 

Yes! Wherever your wedding is, once you're booked, we'll share our preferred vendor list with you! I only work with top-tier wedding professionals, and these are some of the best. It's so important to hire vendors who are experienced in the wedding industry, have a strong reputation, and are licensed and insured. Working with these pros will make your planning process so much smoother and more enjoyable!
