Hi! I'm Helena
From the moment I could talk, I was asking, "What’s the plan?" As the oldest in a single-parent home, I took the lead in organizing family events, baking cupcakes, and making sure everything was just right. I loved turning every little moment into something extraordinary.
As a young girl, my love for travel blossomed early—I started flying solo as young as five years old, spending summers and holidays visiting family across the country. This early exposure to travel shaped my sense of adventure and sparked my passion for exploring new places. Whether it was the excitement of airports or the joy of discovering new cultures, my love for travel grew with me.

I pour my heart into creating beautiful weddings in Italy and beyond that are packed with love.
When I became a military wife, this sense of adventure deepened. My husband’s career has taken us to places we never imagined, and each new location has given me the opportunity to experience life from a different perspective. Whether in New Jersey, Tampa, or traveling abroad, I’ve learned to embrace new cultures, connect with people from all walks of life, and adapt to new surroundings. This experience has not only shaped who I am as a person but also as a wedding planner.
But my love for travel is what led me to destination weddings—especially in Italy. There’s something magical about the rolling vineyards of Tuscany, the charm of a cliffside villa on the Amalfi Coast, and the rich history woven into every cobblestone street. - Reaching out to all hired wedding pros 6 to 8 weeks prior to the wedding day to gather the appropriate information needed to ensure an accurate wedding weekend timeline
- Ensuring that the wedding day runs seamlessly
- Reviewing the planning arrangements
- Reviewing the contracts
- Checking & Confirming delivery times and dates
- Confirming arrival times
- Confirming rental items (numbers needed)
- Continuous contact via email (to answer couple questions throughout the planning process)
- Etiquette advisement
- Checking in monthly with the couple (via email)
- Providing a wedding planning checklist
- Proofreading the invitation stationery
- Creating a detailed wedding timeline
- Communicating with the each of the hired wedding pros
- Communicating with the venue
- Distributing the final timeline to the venue, vendors, wedding party, family (who will be in the ceremony processional), and the couple
- Becoming the "Single Point of Contact" within 8 weeks of the wedding
- Couple and Vendors/Venue will include the planner in all emails/calls/meetings to ensure that the planner is in the loop and aware of any and all changes and arrangements within 8 weeks of the wedding day.

What is the average cost of a wedding in Italy?
The cost varies depending on the location, guest count, and level of luxury. Our clients typically invest $80,000 – $200,000+, but we work to maximize your budget for the best experience.
When does wedding planning start?
Immediately after you sign the contract and pay the deposit. For full planning we must have a minimum of 10 months to plan, and for our month of package we need 90 days before your wedding date!
What locations in Italy do you specialize in?
We plan weddings in Tuscany, the Amalfi Coast, Lake Como, Rome, Venice, and beyond. Whether you're dreaming of a countryside vineyard, a romantic seaside ceremony, or a historic villa, we’ll help you find the perfect setting.
Will you be there on the day of my wedding/event?
