Our design suite service is perfect for the couple who seek a wedding experience with impeccable attention to detail and a seamless blend of beauty and functionality. This package includes everything in our Event Management services as well as a detailed styling and decor plan. Let us create a masterpiece that reflects your unique love story, making your special day unforgettable.

Our event management (aka day of coordination) service, designed for the couple that has planned their entire wedding, but would like to have a professional overseeing the wedding day to ensure that everything goes smoothly. We will meet with you approximately 6 weeks before the wedding to discuss the details and itinerary, and to capture the essence of your wedding day. We will contact your vendor team to confirm contract details, distribute all outstanding balances and payments, as well as coordinate the rehearsal and oversee all wedding day activities.

Our destination wedding services are designed for couples seeking ongoing, white-glove support from an expert destination wedding planner and designer. We can transform your vision into an event atmosphere that wows your guests and looks even better than you envisioned. You want to arrive at your destination without a single stress, lingering task, or logistical item on your mind—but with unwavering confidence, peace of mind, and a ready-to-party vibe! (oh, and a new stamp in your passport of course).

Where are you located?
I'm currently living in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. However, I work with couples from all over! I love the opportunity to travel. My husband is active duty and we transfer to new locations about every four years! So, traveling for my job is actually very beneficial!
Do you take on more than one wedding per weekend?
Nope! My focus is fully committed to one event per weekend. They will always have my full attention from rehearsal through wedding day! There are so many special details that go into their wedding weekend and I ALWAYS want my clients to feel like the main priority on their wedding day.
Do you plan or manage special events such as baby showers, bridal showers, etc?
YES. Helena Elizabeth Events is here to help create unforgettable celebrations for all key moments in your life!
How can we get started with the event planning process?
We would love to be a part of your special day! Please fill out our contact form and start the planning process!
When does planning start?
Immediately after you sign the contract and pay the deposit. For full planning we must have a minimum of 10 months to plan, and for our month of package we need 90 days before your wedding date!
Do you charge for an initial consultation?
Nope! Our initial consultation is always complimentary. It's an opportunity for you to learn more about what to expect and the process from beginning to end. This is an important first step and will help determine if we are a good match for each other!
Will you be there on the day of my wedding/event?
1000 times yes! I will be there from the beginning to the end!
Do you have preferred vendors?
Yes! Once you're booked we will share our preferred vendor list with you! I only work with wedding professionals, and these are some of the best. It is so important to hire professionals who have worked in the wedding industry, have a good reputation and are licensed and insured. Working with pros will make your wedding planning process so much smoother and enjoyable! If you've already found vendors - I have a vendor vetting process in place to ensure we are working with skilled, professional and reliable wedding vendors.
