A bespoke planning process that includes comprehensive design and planning assistance, budget development, and vendor procurement is the hallmark of our guided and easeful visioning experience. We meet with you to collect your ideas and preferences to begin constructing an event driven by connection with your guests and enjoyment of the highest level.

Partial
Our partial planning service is perfect for the couple who have ideas but need help turning ideas into actionable plans. You will receive all our month-of planning services and vendor procurement support. In addition, partial packages can include additional site visits and design services. On the day of, we will have fashioned an event with memories that last a lifetime.

coordination
Day Of
Our "month-of coordination" service, designed for the couple that has planned their entire wedding, but would like to have a professional overseeing the wedding day to ensure that everything goes smoothly. We will meet with you approximately 8 weeks before the wedding to discuss the details and itinerary, and to capture the essence of your wedding day. We will contact your vendor team to confirm contract details, distribute all outstanding balances and payments, as well as coordinate the rehearsal and oversee all wedding day activities.

- Reaching out to all hired wedding pros 6 to 8 weeks prior to the wedding day to gather the appropriate information needed to ensure an accurate wedding weekend timeline
- Ensuring that the wedding day runs seamlessly
- Reviewing the planning arrangements
- Reviewing the contracts
- Checking & Confirming delivery times and dates
- Confirming arrival times
- Confirming rental items (numbers needed)
- Continuous contact via email (to answer couple questions throughout the planning process)
- Etiquette advisement
- Checking in monthly with the couple (via email)
- Providing a wedding planning checklist
- Proofreading the invitation stationery
- Creating a detailed wedding timeline
- Communicating with the each of the hired wedding pros
- Communicating with the venue
- Distributing the final timeline to the venue, vendors, wedding party, family (who will be in the ceremony processional), and the couple
- Becoming the "Single Point of Contact" within 8 weeks of the wedding
- Couple and Vendors/Venue will include the planner in all emails/calls/meetings to ensure that the planner is in the loop and aware of any and all changes and arrangements within 8 weeks of the wedding day.

How can we get started with the event planning process?
Nope! Our initial consultation is always complimentary. It's an opportunity for you to learn more about what to expect and the process from beginning to end. This is an important first step and will help determine if we are a good match for each other!
Do you charge for an initial consultation?
YES. Helena Elizabeth Events is here to help create unforgettable celebrations for all key moments in your life!
Do you plan or manage special events such as baby showers, bridal showers, etc?
1000 times yes! I will be there from the beginning to the end!
Will you be there on the day of my wedding/event?
Yes! Once you're booked we will share our preferred vendor list with you! I only work with wedding professionals, and these are some of the best. It is so important to hire professionals who have worked in the wedding industry, have a good reputation and are licensed and insured. Working with pros will make your wedding planning process so much smoother and enjoyable! If you've already found vendors - I have a vendor vetting process in place to ensure we are working with skilled, professional and reliable wedding vendors.
Do you have preferred vendors?
Immediately after you sign the contract and pay the deposit. For full planning we must have a minimum of 10 months to plan, and for our month of package we need 90 days before your wedding date!
When does planning start?
Nope! My focus is fully committed to one event per weekend. They will always have my full attention from rehearsal through wedding day! There are so many special details that go into their wedding weekend and I ALWAYS want my clients to feel like the main priority on their wedding day.
Do you take on more than one wedding per weekend?
i'm currently living in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. however, i work with couples from all over! i love the opportunity to travel. my husband is active duty and we transfer to new locations about every four years! so, traveling for my job is actually very beneficial!
