About Helena
Hi! I'm Helena
I was probably younger than two trying to fold towels and organize crayons by color. By all accounts, I have an innate knack for organization.This bloomed into a passion for bringing people together for hospitality at our home. I don’t think I could have escaped how the Lord was guiding me into this field.
I'd definitely say my journey to the wedding industry was more of a calling than a career choice.
Getting my B.S. in Event Management at UCF's Rosen College of Hospitality Management was a turning point, but also a formality, in a way. My love for the value and meaning of events transformed into a professional aspiration. I interned and worked in roles across various venues, from wineries in New Jersey to all-inclusive wedding venues in Florida. These let me get hands on and learn the real dance of wedding planning.
I understand the value of creating beautiful, lasting memories. my husband's in the military, so moving far away is part of the deal.

YOU WON'T REGRET HIRING HELENA! Helena, from the very beginning, was so kind and helpful. I'm not very Type A so there were SO many things I hadn’t even thought of that definitely needed to be addressed, that Helena was on top of. She had everything so well organized, checked on us consistently to see what we needed help with, spoke with vendors so we didn’t have to, delegated on the day so well. Even with the day completely shifting and having to move everything indoors due to rain, she did it flawlessly, with ease and we saw nothing off. We weren’t bombarded with questions, she handled it all with her team and it made the day so much more peaceful. Incredibly grateful for her. Thank you for all you did Helena. Helena was SO FANTASTIC! Her and her assistant Ashley were very detail oriented, worked fast, and were available to help with anything and everything all day. My wedding day was the best day of my life, but it would not have worked out if Helena was not there. Absolute loved her kindness and cheerful attitude. She got the job done and did a wonderful job. Gave her 5 stars because that's all that is allowed, but I would give her 20/10 if possible! Loved working with her and will be recommending her to everyone!
